Elaine was born and raised in Montana and then earned a Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. After 13 years as a sales and marketing consultant in the oil industry for major companies, including Getty Oil and ARCO, she moved on to pursue her love of literature as a senior sales executive for Gale Group/Thomson Learning, which is the world leader in e-research and educational publishing for libraries, schools and businesses. She left Gale in early 2006 to open Roegge Life Coaching Services in Delray Beach, Florida, after feeling a deep need to meld her experience in the business world with her desire to guide people to the extraordinary lives they have always envisioned.
